Vendrest ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 686 Einwohnern (Stand: 1. Januar 2023) im Département Seine-et-Marne in der Region Île-de-France. Sie gehört zum Arrondissement Meaux und ist Teil des Kantons La Ferté-sous-Jouarre (bis 2015: Kanton Lizy-sur-Ourcq).

Die Einwohner werden Vendrestois genannt.

Geographie

Vendrest liegt etwa 18 Kilometer nordöstlich von Meaux und etwa 65 Kilometer nordöstlich von Paris.

Nachbargemeinden

Umgeben ist Vendrest von den Gemeinden Crouy-sur-Ourcq im Norden, Coulombs-en-Valois im Norden und Nordosten, Dhuisy im Osten, Cocherel im Süden sowie Ocquerre im Westen.
